SBH Taro Beach Hotel offers an attractive environment on the beach with relaxing accommodation and plenty of activities to choose from. Suitable for couples and families.

Location

SBH Taro Beach is located directly on the fine and white sandy beach of Costa Calma, in front of the Sotovento Shopping Centre with a supermarket, banking, medical centre, bars, restaurants, gift shops and boutiques. Water sports, including diving and windsurfing are available nearby. The bus stop is approx 200 metres away if you wish to explore the Jandia beaches.

Costa Calma is approx 71km away from Fuerteventura Airport.

Facilities

SBH Taro Beach is set around a central pool complex and has direct access to the beach. There is a large swimming pool (heated in winter), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with ocean views, showers, sun loungers, parasols and bar service.

Further leisure facilities and activities available at the hotel include 4 tennis courts, a sports court, a fitness gym, squash, volleyball, petanque, a sauna, massage treatments, archery, mini golf, billiards and table tennis. The entertainment team provide a variety of daytime activities, a kids club for children aged 4 to 12 and evening entertainment (6 times per week in season).

Social and dining venues at the hotel include a buffet restaurant, a lounge bar, a beach bar and a pool-side bar serving drinks and snacks.

Amenities and services available to guests include 24 hour reception, elevators, free cot hire and car parking spaces. There is also WiFi hot spots, an internet corner, pool towel hire, laundry services and medical services (all with local charges).

Rooms

There are 293 hotel rooms, comprising twin rooms and suites, all of which have an en-suite bathroom and a furnished balcony or terrace. The suites have the benefit of a separate bedroom and living area with sofa beds to accommodate a 3rd and 4th person. Cots are available on request.

All room types have satellite TV, WiFi (local charge), a telephone, a small fridge, a fan, a hair dryer, a safe (local charge), a fan and air conditioning.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30 - 10:00), lunch (12:30 - 14:00) and dinner (18:00 - 21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals hot drinks, soft drinks, wine and beer are offered. Snack's buffet is available at the snack bar at 14:30 as well as tea & coffee time with biscuits and cakes between 15:30 - 16:30. Ice cream is offered at the main restaurant during lunch, dinner and at the snack bar during snack times. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like hot drinks, soft drinks, wine, beer, spirits and some cocktails are served at the pool bar (11:00 - 18:00), the snack bar (11:00 - 18:00, cocktails excluded) and at the salon bar.
