The villas are situated in a residential area, around 800m from the resort centre and 1.5km from the beach. The nearest bars and restaurants are just 100m from the villas and the nearest supermarket about 800m.
The resort of Puerto del Carmen is approx 12km from Lanzarote Airport.

Facilities on site include an a la Carte restaurant, children's playground, WiFi, room and laundry services (local charge) and parking.

Each villa features two bathrooms one with whirlpool bath and another bathroom with shower, hairdryer, lounge-dining area with satellite TV, internet access, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble-dryer. Outside the villas have a private pool and sun-terrace with loungers and pool towels are also provided.
