The suites are situated just 800m from the resort which has many shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is 1.2km away where there are many water sports to take part in if you desire. The bus stop is just 500m away for those who wish to explore the area.
The resort of Puerto del Carmen is approx 12km from Lanzarote Airport.

The complex has a reception, Internet access, a kid's playground and a kid's club.
Rooms
The suites have a garden area with private pool (heated in winter); a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, hair-dryer; a lounge/diner with DVD player and radio, plasma satellite TV in all rooms, telephone and air conditioning.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, dryer, microwave, grill and hob. Baby cots are available on request.
## The swimming pools are only heated in winter time, from November 1st to April 30th. During this period there is an additional charge of approx. 125 Euros per week. ##
