The hotel is located by the beach and is 16km from Cancun International Airport.
Facilities
The complex features a spacious swimming pool area with sun loungers. A multi-purpose sports court, gym, a Kids Club, two spas, casino, event arena and a variety of nightclubs are also featured on site. Activities available include yoga, Zumba and aerobics.
A fantastic variety of bars and restaurants are available to guests, with eleven restaurants available on the wider complex, and six exclusive restaurants as well as a total of twenty bars.
Guest services include a 24-hour reception, room service, currency exchange, laundry service and babysitting. Some services are at an extra charge.
Rooms
A choice of stylish rooms and suites are available at the hotel, each featuring general amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, a safety deposit, ironing facilities, a coffee machine and a minibar. There is also an exclusive adults-only zone called Sian Ka'an, with separate rooms and suites, adults-only entertainment, an exclusive lounge and its own check-in area.
