The hotel is situated at the Southern tip of Gran Canaria, in Maspalomas, only 70 m from the sandy beach.

The hotel features a freshwater pool, salt-water pool, a children's pool and a baby pool, where the surrounding sun-terraces are furnished with complimentary loungers and parasols. Further leisure facilities and activities include a floodlit tennis court, outdoor chess, fitness centre under the palms, table tennis, shuffleboard, boccia, darts, yoga, Thai Chi and water aerobics.
