Each two-floor semi-detached villa is fully-equipped with air conditioning, a telephone, FREE Wi-Fi, a flat-screen HDTV, a safety deposit box, a living room and open-plan dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and ironing amenities, and a furnished deck with a private pool.
## Please note that a security deposit of between €300-500 (depending on the type of villa) will be requested at check in to cover any damage to the villas, including missing kitchen utensils and other equipment. The deposit can be paid by cash or credit card. ##
