The Roca Nivaria Hotel is located in Playa Paraiso and the hotel consists of a main central building that houses the reception and communal areas and then leading from that are 2 wings where the guest-rooms and suites can be found. The hotel is set amongst lush and extensive gardens with subtropical plants, fountains and waterfalls.

Roca Nivaria Hotel is located right in the centre of Playa Paraiso where guests will find shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is within easy reach of the complex.
Playa Paraiso is approx 34km from Tenerife South Airport and approx 91km from Tenerife North Airport.

The Roca Nivaria Hotel offers a pool, children's pool, 2 floodlit tennis courts, paddle court, volleyball court, billiards, fitness, archery, giant chess and a mini club. There is a golf and putting green (tee times can be booked in advance at special rates) and the hotel offers an International entertainment programme for all guests. There is a new Wellness and Spa Centre offering various treatments and services (local charges apply).
The hotel offers 5 excellent restaurants (main buffet restaurant, pool restaurant, a la carte restaurant, Spanish and Italian), 3 bars (Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and Piano Bar) plus a disco.
The hotel also provides a 24 hour reception, lifts, Internet access, room service, conference facilities and parking. There is also a shuttle bus service to the sister hotel Jardines de Nivaria.

The hotel comprises of 205 twin guest rooms, 6 superior twin guest rooms, 41 junior suites, 38 suites and superior Suites. All of the guest rooms benefit from luxurious bathrooms, hair-dryer, bathrobes, direct dial telephones, air conditioning, satellite TV, music channels, mini bar, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals water, soft drinks, beer and house wine are served. The 2 a la carte restaurants (Spanish and Italian cuisine) are available to guests.
Snacks (hot dogs, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, chips, etc) are available at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as whisky, brandy, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, coffee, etc are served between 10.00-23.00.
