Overview
The Roc Illetas Bouganvilla, also known as the Bougambilia, is set in idyllic tropical gardens with panoramic views over Palma Bay and are ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
Location
The complex are situated approx 500 metres from Illetas town centre where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. The beach with loungers and parasols is approx 150 metres away.
Palma Majorca Airport is approx 24 km from the resort of Illetas.
Facilities
Roc Illetas Bouganvilla offer a fresh water swimming pool, children's swimming pool, heated fresh water swimming pool, sun terrace, sunbeds and parasols, children's playground, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, billiards and game machines.
The complex offers a varied day and evening animation programme for all guests. There is a 24 hour reception, supermarket, television hall and internet access. There is a buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch, pool bar, main bar and a cafe. An A la Carte service is also available.
Facilities are located at the Hotel Roc Illetas Playa which is across the road. Check in will also be at their central reception.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.
As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
