Located approx 1.5km from the Cala'n Bosch beach, and approx 50m from from links to the public transport. Golfers may enjoy a round of golf on the course that lies 5 km away.
The airport is approx 56km from the resort of Cala'n Bosch.

The complex offers a swimming pool with a separate childrens area and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a small playground and laundry room (local charge).

A small complex of just 24 apartments spread over several single storey blocks. One-bedroom apartments are situated around the pool area, while in the garden area apartments with two and three bedrooms can be found.
