Location
Nissiana Hotel and Bungalows is approximately 150 metres from the beautiful Nissi beach and 25 minutes walking distance from the centre of the resort where there is a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. There is a regular bus service that operates just outside the hotel that will take you to Ayia Napa and Protaras.
Larnaca airport is about 58km from the resort of Ayia Napa.
Facilities
In the manicured gardens is an outdoor swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also an indoor swimming pool as well as a massage service and gym (some of services incur a local charge). Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis or tennis.
For the younger guests there is a children's pool, playground and a babysitting service (on request basis, payable locally).
Guests can dine in the restaurant or enjoy a drink at the poolside snack bar or cocktail bar.
Other services include 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, conference room, internet corner with complimentary WiFi, luggage storage, laundry facilities and parking.

Rooms have bathroom with shower, hairdryer, radio, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning and balcony or terrace. Safety deposit boxes and fridges are available upon request for an additional charge.
