Location

The complex is situated in Kato Gouves village and just 600m from the beach (a free shuttle service is provided). Heraklion Airport is approx 14km away and Chania Airport is approximately 161km away.

Facilities

Within the complex sports and leisure facilities include 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 childrens pools with surrounding sun-terraces furnished with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a childrens playground, kids club, fitness room, sauna, indoor pool, TV area, billiards and table tennis. There is also available an animation programme with organised games and activities during the day, and special theme nights and shows in the evenings (seasonal). A shuttle bus to the beach runs four times per day.

Guest services include 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, information for the local area, a lounge, telephone and fax service (payable locally), internet corner (local charges) and a late check out service (on request). The complex offers a buffet style restaurant serving local and international cuisines, an a la carte restaurant (upon reservation) for an indulgent breakfast or dinner, and a Pool Snack Bar for light bites and refreshments.

Guests who choose the Sensus Experience rooms can enjoy additional facilities, like an exclusive snack bar, pool and a Sensus Ambassador, to help you out with anything you need.

There are a variety of guestrooms consisting of Double Rooms, Double Rooms with Private Pool,. Superior Double Rooms, Deluxe Double Rooms, Junior Suites, or Junior Suites with a Private Pool, Superior Double Rooms with a Private Pool or One Bedroom Family Rooms.

Standard room facilities include a private bath/shower room, hairdryer, safe, internet access, mini-fridge, TV with satellite channels, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

Guests can choose the Sensus Experience for an extra luxurious stay. Swim-up rooms and rooms with Jacuzzis are available. Plus, you'll find additional amenities in your room, like a Smart TV and Nespresso machine.
