Location
The hotel is situated just 2.5 km from Jebel Ali Palm Island Development, the man-made island in the shape of a palm tree. It's just 20 minutes from Dubai Marina and around 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Features of the complex includes two swimming pools, an 800-metre private beach, a spa, fitness centre, tennis courts, a kids club and a 9-hole par 35 golf course.
There are several dining options available on the complex these include the main restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a beachfront snack bar, and a floating seafood restaurant. There is also a lounge bar, pool bar and a cocktail bar.
The redesigned JA The Resort Golf Course has opened and is now a par 35 with a total yardage of 2,933 miles. The course has kept the feel of the original holes with narrow fairways and fast greens and now incorporates two new seawater lakes.
Rooms
There are a total of 231 guest rooms and suites, with views of the hotel gardens, private marina or sea.
