The complex is located in Ca'n Picafort, in the Bay of Alcudia on the north of the island. The town centre is just 200 metres away where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. Ca'n Picafort beach is approx 300 metres from the complex.
Palma Majorca Airport is approx 55 km from the hotel.
Facilities
Ilusion Markus and Spa Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a separate pool for children, a sun terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The Spa and Wellness centre (local charges and age restrictions apply) offers massage treatments and features a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a fitness gym. In addition, the hotel organises a daily entertainment program with activities during the day as well as mini discos, shows and music in the evenings.
Social and dining venues include a restaurant, lounge bar and pool-side dining terrace. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Meals are buffet style with show cooking. All Inclusive board is available and includes buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner from the main international restaurant. Snacks between 11:00 - 17:00. Locally produced drinks, including beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, fruit juices and mineral water between 10:00 - 00:00.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.
As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
