The Golden Bay Beach Hotel is a 5 star hotel set in mature landscaped gardens of tropical palms and vibrant flowers, bordering the sandy beach at the heart of Larnaca Bay.
Location
Nearby is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants, whilst Larnaca Town centre with it's palm tree lined promenade and narrow streets is a 10-minute drive.
Larnaca Airport is approx 14km from the resort of Larnaca Bay.
Facilities
The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception desk with currency exchange service and lift access to the upper floors. In addition there is a gift shop, hairdressers, room and laundry service (local charge), car hire service, conference facilities with internet access (local charges) and parking.
Guests can dine in one of the four restaurants offering a choice of International and local dishes. In addition there is a swim up poolside snack bar and cafe.
The Golden Bay features four different restaurants offering food from around the world and local speciality dishes, lighter snacks and drinks are offered throughout the day from the hotels bars including the swim up poolside bar and cafe.
In the grounds is an outdoor swimming pool as well as a spacious sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Other facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, use of the gym and exercise classes (some charges apply to some of these services). At the beach is a choice of watersports (under separate management and may incur local charges).
There is plenty to keep the kids busy including a playground, kid's club with child minders (July and August) and babysitting is also available (on request, payable locally).
A full entertainment programme is offered throughout the season including live music and dancing.
