Overview
Giannoulis Santa Marina Beach Resort offers a great location for the beach and surrounding areas. The complex is surrounded by extensive gardens and has plenty to offer and has an easy going relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is separated into two parts - one situated along the beachfront and the other separated by a road that connects to the beach via a tunnel.
Location
Situated on the beach front in the Aghia Marina area, close to Kato Stalos (1km) and Chania (approx 8km). Within the vicinity a number of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found.
Chania Airport is approx 22km away.
Facilities
There are two swimming pools and a children's pool. One of the pools is located at Pearl Wing with stunning views of the Gulf of Chania, but is accessible to all guests. Further facilities include a gym, Mini Club, wellness treatments, a playground and various sports and animation facilities.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
