Location

Gala Placidia Hotel is located a short walk from Levante Beach (just 650m).

Please note that there is no coach access to the hotel. Customers who have booked transfers will be dropped off a short distance away and will make their way to the hotel on foot. Due to the location of this hotel, it may not be suitable for the less mobile.

Alicante airport is 61km from the hotel.

Facilities

Please note this property does not accept group bookings of more than three rooms, which are defined as stag/hen, five adults or more or any other type of groups. This restriction also applies to groups booked under different references and reservations and with different agencies. Please be aware that the hotel may refuse entry to groups if detected on arrival. Family groups with children will be accepted (families with children of 10 people or more are on request – please call our Sales Team prior to making your reservation.

The Gala Placidia Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and playground. There is also an adults-only area with a pool bar. There is a spacious sun terrace with loungers and parasols. In addition guests have access to the Spa, beauty centre, gym and indoor pool at the Dynastic Hotel which is just 180m away (local charges may apply).

There is a light entertainment programme running for daytime and evening entertainment including live music six days per week. There is also a dedicated kids club in summer months.

Social and dining venues include a cafe bar and a restaurant. The restaurant offers buffet-style meals and the cafe bar serves cocktails and snacks.

Amenities and services available to guests include 24 hour reception, air conditioning, cot hire and two lifts to upper floors. There is also internet access, currency exchange and a laundry service (local charges may apply).

Rooms

The hotel offers Double and Family Rooms, each with individually-controlled air conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a telephone, safe (local charge) and complete bathroom. Family Rooms do not have a balcony. A cot for infants is charged at 7 euros per night.

Please note that the Half Board meal plan includes breakfast and dinner, Full Board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, and drinks are not included in either.

The All-inclusive meal plan includes Full Board, plus drinks in restaurants/bars, snacks during limited hours, and one free general admission to the Spa Dynastic.

The All Inclusive Selection package includes all of the above services, plus unlimited brand beverages and, for guests staying for 6 nights or more, one entrance to the Mediterranean Casino and two excursions: choose from Aqua Natura Water Park, Benidorm Palace Party Room, Adventure Park and Zip Lines, Cableski, Karting, Boat Crossing to the Island, Bowling, Wellness Experience. Please note that some excursions may not be available all year round.
