Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World is an adventure park in itself and offers a perfect balance of family fun, kids entertainment and relaxing retreats for adults.

Location

Four Seasons Resort Orlando At Walt Disney World is surrounded by forestry, lakes, a golf course and views to the Magic Kingdom Park. The hotel has plenty of on-site entertainments but also offers transport to and from a number of top theme parks.

The hotel is 36km from Orlando International Airport and 77km from Sanford International Airport.

Facilities

The hotel offers a wealth of on-site attractions, leisure facilities and places to eat which will appeal to guests of all ages. Highlights include Explorer Island, a full-service Spa, a Golf Club, a kids camp, an adult only pool and three top restaurants.

Explorer Island offers a whole day of family fun and features a family pool, a lazy river, sun-bathing areas, a themed splash zone, water cannons and 'The Drop'. On dry land you have beach volleyball, the Mansion with pool tables, bocce and table tennis and; the Hideout with video games.

Also in the Mansion, there is a complimentary supervised kids camp for ages 4 to 12, whilst adults can soak up the sun and tranquillity at the adult only pool which overlooks the lake.

The Tranquilo Golf Club is set in natural surroundings and has a state-of-the-art course, a driving range, a putting green, a pro shop, club hire and tuition available. The Spa offers a calm sanctuary and extensive menu of massages, therapies and beauty treatments.

Further leisure facilities and activities include tennis courts (with on-site tennis pro and ball machine); a multi-sport court, a fitness centre with cardio machines, free weights, certified trainers (on request) and a steam room.

Social and dining venues include three restaurants, a coffee shop and two lounge bars. The Capa restaurant is open for dinner and is a contemporary Spanish-influenced steakhouse with an outdoor terrace from which to watch the nightly Disney fireworks. The Ravello restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and features breakfast omelette stations, an evening pizza counter and a menu of Italian specialities. The pool bar and grill is open all afternoon and serves barbecue and rotisserie dishes such as pulled pork, burgers and chicken. The Plancha is located by the lake and is open throughout the day for cocktails, Cuban sandwiches and snacks. In the evenings the Ravello lounge bar offers indoor and outdoor seating. For coffee and pastries on the terrace, the Lickety Split is open all day from 6am.

Amenities and services available to guests include 24-hour reception and a Disney planning centre. There is also babysitting (on request), overnight shoe-shine, 24-hour in-room dining and valet parking (all with local charges).

Rooms

The hotel offers a choice of Rooms and Suites, all of which offer spacious accommodation with fresh and tranquil decor and contemporary styling. The rooms and suites have views over the Magic Kingdom Park, the lake and golf course or the Golden Oak Park and many are in sight of the nightly Disney fireworks.

The rooms are furnished with a king-size bed or two double beds and the suites have a king-size bed. Most rooms can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. All room types have a marble bathroom with a bath and shower (some suites have two).

Rooms features include internet access, flat screen TV with in-room movies, a telephone, a hairdryer, bathrobes, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge and a safe deposit box.
