The complex is situated on the seafront, adjacent to the Star Beach Water-park. The centre of Hersonissos is about 1km away, where a number of shops, bars and restaurants can be found.
The hotel is 28km from Heraklion Airport and 175km from Chania Airport.

Facilities include a swimming pool, sun-terraces with loungers and umbrellas, a childrens playground and kids club. Further leisure facilities include 3 tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis and billiards (local charge).
Wining and dining choices include the main buffet restaurant, a lobby bar, pool bar and a beach bar.

A total of 580 guest rooms, with standard rooms suitable for up to 3 people and family rooms for up to 4 people.

All Inclusive
The All Inclusive programme consists of all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main restaurant. With breakfast, coffee, tea and juices are offered, while lunch and dinner are served with draught beer, house wine and soft drinks.
Afternoon tea with cakes is served between 4pm and 5pm at the pool bar.
A selection of locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks, such as; draught beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, local brandy, soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee are available in the lobby bar (6pm to 11pm) and at the pool bar (10am to 11pm).
Please note that all drinks are served in plastic glasses in all outside outlets.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
