Dimitrios Apartments are surrounded by countryside, a few minutes from Imerolia Beach. The resort centre of Kassiopi offers a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, water activities and excursions and is approx 10-15 minutes walk away. There is also a supermarket and a small selection of tavernas a little nearer.

Dimitrios Apartments are set in well maintained gardens and have an outdoor split level swimming pool and children's pool, a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols and, panoramic views of the bay.

The apartments are equipped for self catering and offer tasteful furnishings, warm rustic styling and a furnished balcony or terrace with views to the sea.
Each apartment has air conditioning (payable locally), 1 or 2 bedrooms with double/twin beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette with fridge, mini oven, 2 ring hob and a kettle and, an open plan lounge-dining area; hairdryer and a safety deposit box (payable locally). Cots are available on request.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
