The hotel is situated just 100m from the beach and near the centre of Playa Del Ingles (accessed via steps) and shopping malls in the area. A local bus stop is only 50m from the hotel providing easy access to the resort centre and surrounding areas.
Gran Canaria Airport is approx 30km away.
Facilities
The hotel features a total of five pools including two separate children's pools and outdoor Jacuzzi. The surrounding sun terrace has loungers, umbrellas and a pool snack bar.
Facilities include a buffet restaurant, bar with terrace, TV lounge, mini golf, plus a sauna and massage centre. Guest services include 24 hour reception, currency exchange, safety deposit box, laundry services, lift access, newspaper stand and hairdresser. Please note some facilities and services may incur a local charge. There is also a kids club and a daytime and evening entertainment programme.
Rooms
Spread over seven floors, all 469 rooms are equipped with an ensuite shower, central air conditioning in the summer season, telephone, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace. Double and family rooms are available, as well as the option of a sea view room.
Hair dryers are available to hire from reception (subject to availability and against deposit).
All Inclusive
The All Inclusive package includes all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style in the main restaurant.
Breakfast: 07:00-10:00 Lunch: 13:00-14:30 Dinner: 19:00-21:45Snacks: 12:30-16:00 at the pool bar.
Snacks are available from 12.30-16:00 at the pool bar, plus pastries and coffee are served from 16:00-17:00. A selection of locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are available from 10:00-18:00 at the pool bar and 18:00-23:00 at the hotel bar. Only one meal and one drink can be ordered at a time. All drinks after 23:00 are chargeable.
