The hotel is situated just 10-metres from the beach, and around 300-metres from a park, numerous shops and an Aqua Park. The centre of Nesebar is around 10 km from the hotel.
The resort of Elenite is approx 30 km from Bourgas Airport and about 60 km from Varna Airport.

The hotel forms part of the Royal Club Victoria Complex which offers a wide range of facilities and services, including 5 pools, childrens pools, poolside snack bars and sun-terraces furnished with loungers and umbrellas.
Leisure facilities include a fitness gym, billiards, an aqua-park, tennis court, bowling, mini-golf as well as a spa and wellness centre with massage service, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, hair and beauty salon (Some facilities are chargeable locally). An internet cafe can be found at the Royal Park Hotel.
There is a buffet restaurant and a lobby bar on the premises, though guests may also dine at one of the a'la carte restaurants found on the complex (prior to reservation, some restrictions may apply).
The animation team organises an entertainment programme for adults and children, with a kids club found next to the Royal Bay Hotel (ages 4-12yrs) and a central amphitheatre.
