From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
March to October:
5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night
4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night
3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night
1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night
Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night
November to February reduced rates will apply.
