Almyra Hotel
Small and cosy with spectacular views
The owners of Almyra Hotel, Polychronis and Elina, have created a wonderfully authentic hotel with a cosy and welcoming ambience. In an idyllic hillside setting, above picturesque Fiskardo, it enjoys extraordinary views towards the Ionian Sea, Ithaca and Lefkada.
Fiskardo is an 800 metre walk down the hill, or the hotel provides a shuttle service; the nearest beach, whitepebble Emblisi is a 15-minute walk away. Guest rooms are charming and for some extra space choose a superior room. There's an outdoor pool and a pool for children.
A breakfast of local and home-baked goods is available and delightful lunches are served on the terrace. The kitchen can prepare lovely picnic baskets, payable locally, for days out. Although evening dining is only available once a week when a special barbecue is organised, there are plenty of dining venues in Fiskardo, including the hotel owner’s harbourside restaurant, Tassia
