Nuevo Portil Golf is located next to the Nuevo Portil golf course and just across the road from the beach. There is a bus stop approx 100 metres away and the towns of El Portil and El Rompido are approx 3km and 5km, respectively. A little further is the harbour town of Punta Umbria (7km) and Huelva (20km). The hotel is approx 108km from Faro Airport.
Facilities
Nuevo Portil Golf is set in a pleasant garden next to the 18 hole Nuevo Portil Golf Course and has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (open May to October) and sun terrace with bar service, sun loungers and parasols. At the beach there are a variety of water sports available such as windsurfing, fishing and sailing (local charges).
The Spa offers a variety of treatments and features a sauna, a steam room and a Turkish bath. In addition there is a fitness gym and a seasonal entertainment programme for adults.
Social and dining venues include a pool-side bar, a pub and a restaurant offering buffet breakfasts and dinners as well as an A la Carte gourmet menu.
