Booking Process
1. Search
You can use the search box on the home/hotel pages to enter your requirements and can choose from flight only, flight plus hotel or hotel only. Select the departure date, number of nights, departure airport (you can add up to 2 more) and the destination you would like to go to (You can also select the board basis and star ratings that you only wish to be displayed in the search results).
2. Selecting your Flight
If you have searched for a flight, we will display flight results in a tabular form. We include Charter, Low Cost and Scheduled flights, listed in price order (cheapest first) along with flight times and the departure airport and arriving country. All prices shown are the total for all passengers selected and include all airport taxes, supplements and 1 checked in bag per person.
Flight Extras such as inflight meals, seats together, extra baggage will be shown after you have entered the names of the passengers (subject to availability).
3. Selecting your Accommodation
The accommodation shown will list all the hotel/apartments/villas related to the destination you searched for. These will be shown in price order (cheapest first) along with available room types and board basis and will be the total price for all passengers and rooms selected.
4. Selecting your Transport
Here we offer airport transfers and car hire (Standard Damage excess waiver included). You can choose not to have any transport, or select from a shuttle transfer, private transfer, minibus, adapted vehicles for transfers or various different cars for car hire (all are subject to availability and routing).
5. Selecting Airport Parking
Car parking at your selected airport will be offered at this stage. You can choose not to have any airport parking, or select from off airport, on airport and meet and greet.
6. Enter your Details
On the first booking page you will be required to enter the following:
Title, First name and Surname of all passengers travelling as they appear on their passports along with date of birth and an email address so we can use for future correspondence and confirmation of booking.
You will also be given the option to select or remove any car hire extras such any excess waiver or cancellation protection, add special requests (car seats / roof rack etc.) and select the main passenger to drive the car.
If you have selected Car Parking you will have to submit the details of your car you will be using.
Hotel Special Requests can also be added and we will endeavour to pass them onto the hotel, however these are not guaranteed.7. Payment and further Details
On the second booking page, you have the option to add any flight extras such as in-flight meals, extra baggage (if available). You will also need to enter a home and mobile phone number so we can contact you, along with your delivery address incase we have to send out any documents or tickets and your credit/debit card billing address.
If applicable you can select to pay a deposit. The balance is due 14 weeks before departure, so if within this period you will be required to pay in full.
You must read and agree to our terms and conditions before booking.
Any credit/debit card charges will be shown before you make the booking.
Once you have clicked pay and book, we will confirm everything with our suppliers and send you a confirmation email within 30 minutes of booking to the email address you provided.
