Miranda Kerr and Tom Hardy Top Poll as Beach Body Idols

Our latest poll has revealed the top 10 celebrity beach body idols, according to men and women around the UK. Victoria's Secret babe Miranda Kerr was the celebrity most women aspired to look like, whilst for the men it was The Dark Knight Rises star and all round hunk Tom Hardy.
We carried out the poll to find out who men and women around the UK would most like to look like when rocking their swimwear by the pool or on the beach on holiday. 1,462 UK adults took part and selected the celebrities whose bodies they would most like to have.
According to the study, the top 10 female celebrity beach bodies women around the UK would most like to have are:
1. Miranda Kerr 62%
2. Jessica Ennis 54%
3. Rihanna 49%
4. Kelly Brook 44%
5. Kim Kardashian 36%
6. Duchess of Cambridge 27%
7. Molly King 22%
8. Jennifer Aniston 19%
9. Miley Cyrus 15%
10. Lucy Mecklenburgh 13%
According to the study, the top 10 male celebrity beach bodies men around the UK would most like to have are:
1. Tom Hardy 76%
2. Christiano Ronaldo 73%
3. David Beckham 71%
4. Mark Wright 64%
5. Prince Harry 52%
6. Ryan Reynolds 43%
7. Ashton Kutcher 31%
8. Tom Daley 22%
9. Zac Efron 18%
10. Ryan Gosling 11%
We like to have a bit of fun with our surveys, so it was interesting to find out which celeb bodies you were aiming for on the beach this summer. Having seen Tom Hardy in the new Batman film, we weren't too surprised to see that he topped the list of male dream bodies!
It was great to see some Olympic athletes on the list as well as the usual celebs. Hopefully having the Olympics and Paralympics here in the UK has inspired many of you to go for your beach bodies as well!
