Rhodes Town is the largest and most developed resort on the island and offers something for everyone. Split into two distinct areas, the Old Town offers pretty narrow lanes, amazing architecture, various places of historical interest, the aquarium and a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
In comparison, the New Town offers wide streets, open squares and plenty of shops which include some sophisticated fashion boutiques. Nights are lively and busy in both areas but mostly the New Town. A great resort for anyone wanting lots to do both during the day and at night.

Rhodes Town has so much to explore including the Old Town with its cobbled streets, Mandraki harbour, the Turkish and Jewish Quarters, Sokratous Street and the Palace of the Grand Masters. During the day visitors can browse the vast selection of shops or enjoy a meal at one of the tavernas, restaurants or cafes. At night the town comes alive with the bars and clubs in Bar Street.

There are many popular day trips and excursions on both the land and sea including taking a boat from Mandraki harbour to either the beautiful island of Symi or Turkey.
