Beaches

Princeville is the home of three beaches including Pu'u Poa (thumping point), Kenomene Beach and the mainly rocky Kaweonui Beach. The beaches are surrounded by reefs which make them ideal for snorkelling however the high surf creates the ideal environment for surfing and swimming is recommended when the sea is more calm.

Things to Do

Other than the beaches visitors to this region can enjoy a variety of adventurous activities including helicoptour tours, boat tours, mountain biking and of course activities at the beach including surfing lessons and scuba diving.

Kauai is home to many famous landmarks including a 30 foot geyser Spouting Horn, Opaeka's Falls, Kilauea Lighthouse and Fern Grotto.
