Beaches

The sheltered beach is sand/shingle and is quite small but very safe for young children. The rocks along the sides make it perfect for snorkeling but that is about the only watersport that you will find here. There are no facilities as such, just a peaceful and relaxing beach.

Things to Do

There really isn't much to do here, other than enjoy relaxing on the beach or perhaps taking a walk along the headland to the tower, where you will see some fantastic views.

Out and About

If you enjoy visiting different restaurants and lots of entertainment, this is not your ideal place. There is literally one hotel, one restaurant, one cafe and one bar that has the odd karaoke night. Shopping is also quite limited but you will find the basics and Mahon is not far away should you wish anything else.

Car hire may be a good idea to explore the area and what it has to offer.

Nearby Attractions

Punta Prima is not far away and home to a beautiful pristine beach which is great for sailing and windsurfing and also has pedalos. If sport is your thing then you must visit S'algar which is considered to be Menorca's best sporting resort, offering tennis, windsurfing and bowls.

There is go karting at Santa Llus and also an airfield where it is possible to take a sightseeing tour in a light aircraft.

There is also a British owned horse riding school nearby but can get quite busy so it's best to book before you go.

The capital, Mahon is not far away and has no end of sightseeing possibilities, shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
