This beautiful Caribbean beach resort is perfect for families with small children due to the safe, tranquil waters. The capital of Santo Domingo is not far away and is home to many shops, restaurants and lively nightlife.

Boca Chica

Boca Chica is popular for beach lovers and there is a coral reef which ensures calm waters making this resort a good choice for sunbathers and snorkellers alike.

There are many lovely restaurants to choose from along the beachfront and food stalls also offer a good choice of fare.

Boca Chica can be easily walked around and the park in the centre of the town is a good place to relax. There are two small supermarkets as well as a good choice of gift shops.
